About the item: This 8 1/2 by 11 inch black and white art print (featuring the artwork of John Romita Jr. and Bob Layton) is colored by hand by legendary Marvel colorist Bob Sharen. Purchased directly from the artist at his 2023 Garden State Comic Fest appearance. The print is in excellent condition and will be shipped with the utmost care. Please note- this black and white print is actually colored - by hand - by Sharen. The colors are not pre-printed! It is also signed by Sharen. About the artist: Bob Sharen was a colorist for Marvel Comics from 1978 to 2001 and worked on almost every Marvel title at one time or another, mostly comprising long runs of GI Joe, Alien Legion, and the various Spider-Man titles. His credits include nearly 1,800 issues in all, garnering a longer time and more credits than any other artist, with over 160 issues of The Amazing Spider-Man, 99 issues of Alpha Flight, over 60 issues of GI Joe, and long runs on both Iron Man (1979-1989) and Captain America (1982-1989).
