Waterford Signed Paperweight + Penholder & and 50 similar items

This is a Waterford facet cut solid clear crystal and metal penholder and original metal pen. I no longer have the original box. The first 16 photos are the actual pen I own and that you will receive. The last 5 photos are stock photos. The crystal penholder measures approximately 3" across and 1 1/2' tall. Attached to the top is a silver-tone metal fitting with the metal penholder. The penholder has a ball on the bottom that fits into the fitting and this makes the penholder moveable and it can even be pushed down to be parallel to the table. The facet cut crystal portion sits on a 1/4" ribbed crystal plinth or base. The Waterford signature is acid etched along this base. It is difficult to find and I have marked it with 2 black lines so that you can find it. . These can be washed off or removed with a little bit of alcohol. The underside of the crystal has an incised starburst pattern. The pen is original and came with the penholder. It is approximately 6 1/4" long and has black ink. The metal of the pen has long incised parallel lines. The center is not incised and is marked Waterford Crystal going around. The only flaw that I could find is a small fleabite to the side of one of the facet edges. I found it by using my fingernail to check all of the facets. I tried to get a photo, see photo 16. It is very small and very hard to photograph because of the reflection of the crystal. I purchased this in the late 1970s or early 1980s. Waterford still made their crystal in Ireland at that time. It had a gold and green sticker, but it has come off in our dry climate. I received a promotion about then and started collecting desk items, pens, paperweights, handheld magnifying glasses, etc. I kept most of them on a leather-lined silver tray, even this pen and pen-holder. I am now retired and am downsizing and am selling most everything. Non-smoking household.
