This tool is ideal for this delicate "toothy" work. I use my dental tools far less now than before; instead, the diamond bits included with the Mighty-Mite do that job now. I highly recommend this rotary tool if you have delicate work to do. Unsuitable for high-power applications. Just don't ask this light duty tool to do heavy duty jobs as it won't. The different bits change easily. I have been very satisfied overall.
