Fans of Team Gerry's game Hollow knight will recognize this figure. Grimm, Master of the Grimm Troupe, King of Nightmares. IP of Team Cherry, this particular depiction of him is a study in how to paint something as glowing from within. The answer was opaque black over vivid red.
I suggest not hanging it in direct sunlight.
