Snoopy is wearing his complete outfit, top black hat, blue head band, number printed white shirt, black pants, long red tie (elastic loose, which is tuck in under back of collar of shirt) with Culture Club in black lettering down the front and red bows in black yarn braided hair. Snoopy himself is white plush, white tail, black pom pom nose, black stitch eyes and mouth, and measures around 12 inches long. Body seam tag reads, United Feature Syndicate, Inc.
