Item description
the common failure symptoms
???1. The "F1" Error Code (Most Common)
?This is the single most frequent failure indicator for this series.
?The Symptom: The display flashes "F1" and often beeps continuously.
?The Cause: This code signals a "Keypad Stuck" or internal memory error. It means the board thinks a button is being pressed permanently.
?Crucial Diagnostic: To determine if it is the board or the touch panel (overlay), you can disconnect the ribbon cable connecting the keypad to the board and power it back on.
?If the F1 code returns while the keypad is unplugged, the control board (WB27T100xx) is bad.
?If the F1 code stops, the touchpad/overlay is bad, not the board.
?2. Erratic Temperature Control
?Runaway Heat: The oven heats far beyond the set temperature (e.g., you set it to 350F, but it climbs to 500F+ and burns the food). This indicates a stuck relay on the board.
?Failure to Reach Temp: The oven turns on but never reaches the target temperature, or it stops heating randomly during the cycle.
