Putnam's Sons, First Edition, 1967 Condition: Near Fine in Good dust jacket In this juvenile science fiction novel (the second in a series), two 20th century boy scouts travel through time, joined by young men of the past and future. The book is based on stories from Boys' Life magazine by father- -son writers Donald Keith Monroe under the pen name Donald Keith. Illustrated throughout by Albert Orbaan. This is the first printing, as no subsequent printing is indicated. The book itself has only minor traces of wear; a name is printed on the front pastedown. There is likewise one written at the top of the front cover of the dust jacket, which also has tears and small to moderate chipping (the longest tear, on the back cover, is taped). The bottom of the front flap is clipped, though the price is shown at the top. The book is not ex-lib, as is often the case with this title. A nice copy of this out-of-print book with an uncommon jacket.
