Haunted house green/white endpapers. Very good book with firm binding/hinges, no writing/markings. Very good corners. There is a track beginning to form between pages 182 and 183, but there are no loose pages. Plain line frontispiece. Fair dust jacket: good jacket rear and not bad jacket spine, but wear on the jacket front, including a closed tear near the flap fold at the bottom right, plus wear along the flap itself.
