Has paper label on bottom partially covering date

NYC what is written below that is covered by stopper, but Japan can be read
The date and what looks like Pride are embossed in Paper Mache and partially hidden by label and stopper
This is in good shape for age and paper mache. It has some dings in paint, bubbles and a "crack at bottom" I have take pictures to try and show imperfections
measures approx 5" High - almost 6" long - measuring around middle from top to bottom is 14" - Base is 3 " long
