For some reason if you have to return an Item(s)it must be returned no later than 3 days after you received it. Item(s) must be returned in original condition sent to you. If item is altered in anyway (ie: tobacco contaminated, etc) we will not accept it and it will be returned back to you. Upon receiving returned item(s), WE WILL refund your money back to you via Paypal minus the original ship/handling fee and the final value fee that was charged to us by Bonanza.
