For items shipped and delivered damaged /or broken, full refund including shipping charges. I will take care of any claims from the shipping companies. I do require an email and picture thought.

I will refund the price paid, minus shipping cost, and a 10% restocking fee. The item must be returned at your expense, and I will Promptly make the adjustment and submit the request to paypal for the refund to you.
