Press the "TAPE" button and then the "EJECT" key. The center tape flap will lower. Remove the lid off of the inner tape flap (separate using a thin blade or fingernail). Disconnect cable/plug from LCD glass. It will pull out of socket - do not be afraid of breaking anything, this is how it is designed. 3.. Remove Glass LCD from the plastic faceplate housing and package it carefully to be mailed to us. Email us for mailing information. ****Please take your display securely-packaged to FedEx, UPS, DHL, US Postal Service (USPS), etc. to have it mailed in.
