Item description
NO LAW OF THEIR OWN by Joseph Millard
Regency Books, 1963
First Edition
Condition: Very Good
Harlan Ellison served as editor of the rather short-term paperback imprint Regency Books. As might be expected, the books often dealt with controversial subjects. Ellison used many talented writers in this all-original series, including a number of his fellow science fiction authors. This one, the last Regency title, recounts the lives of Lafayette C. Baker, Joseph Whiteside Boyle and George Wellington Streeter, three men who were "so much bigger than life that they seem[ed] to create their own images, their own laws, their own adventures". This copy has a short tear at the spine bottom, some minor cover creasing and some moisture fading of the red page edges (the pages are ok). As with many Regencies, this was the only printing, so this title is long out of print.
