It is in very good condition, with no holes or tears, but there is a TY brand tag. The bear's name is Haunt, and his birthdate is October 27, 2000. The bear is black, with little gold flecks, with a little Jack-o-Lantern on his chest, and a light orange ribbon around his neck. It is made with all new materials, and is about 8.5" from head to toe, and 7" wide aross the arm span. It is a very cute little bear beanie stuffed toy. Please note that this item comes from a smoke free household with pets.
