It is in very good condition, with no chips or cracks, but there is a little bit of wax remnant in it, and it is also a little dusty, and will need to be washed. I am unsure of the age or origins of the candle holder. It is 2.75" tall, 2.5" deep, and 2" in diameter. It is a perfect size for either a votive candle, or a tea lite. It will look lovely lit up, and gives a nice glowing light. A very nice, simple votive candle holder.
