I believe we have the water pitcher that should be with a large bowl that was used as the means to wash before indoor plumbing. This piece has leaf designs on the front and back and at the top of the handle. Except for a short superficial crack on the outside bottom of the piece it appears to be free of chips and cracks. I have had it on display for years with a white non matching bowl on a dry sink because to the untrained no one would have known they didn't match. The new house is too small so the pitcher must go.
