THE EXECUTION OF PRIVATE SLOVIK by William Bradford Huie Signet Books, First Paperback Printing, April 1954 Condition: About Very Good THE CASE AGAINST ADOLF EICHMANN Edited by Henry A. Zeiger Signet Books, First Printing, August 1960 Condition: About Very Good These books tell the stories of two men who were tried and executed for very different crimes committed during WWII. Slovik was a U.S. Army Private who deserted before the enemy; Eichmann was a German Nazi colonel who was charged with responsibility for the murder of 6,000,000 Jews. EXECUTION has two small cover corner creases and some spine end/edge wear. CASE ( which includes 16 pages of photos) has similar spine end/edge wear, a very light reading crease, tiny front cover flake and corner crease and a page corner crease. Each book has moderate page toning. Both are square and securely bound with no writing or markings.
