Very fun

When I saw the infomercial I immediately wanted the DVD set. The price was a little to high for me to purchase right away. I decided to search on the Web. I came across bonanza selling the same set at more than half the price. Super excited I purchased right away. I love this workout DVD set. I told my best friend. She purchased the DVD set from Bonanza as well. I'm grateful and thankful so I give this site a rating of 5 stars.

I was unsure if I would enjoy this, but I wanted to try some thing that didn't require tons of extra stuff, in case it wasn't my thing. Luckily, I love it! It's well explained, the only thing you need is your own body, and while it doesn't seem too difficult during the exercises, you definitely feel it the next day. I would highly recommend this DVD set.

Excellent quality

This is so much fun and you don't even realize how hard you're working out until you're dripping in sweat. I alternate this each week with my 21 Day Fix workouts. Nice to mix things up and have music to workout to.

Great motivation and easy step by step progression through exercise. I am a stay home Dad with a 17 month old that needed the convenience of at home training / trainer but couldn't afford the expense of a private trainer coming to my place. This gives me the motivation, trainer and exercise that definately came to a stand still once becoming a full time stay at home Dad.

I was a little sceptical before hand, having tried exercise videos in the past. But this isn't just one video, It is a whole series of progressive videos that are suitable for almost everyone. It's pretty much like having a personal trainer in your own home.

You start off with the alpha phase to get your base fitness level, within which you can follow the easier modified exercises to start with and gradually progress at your own pace, repeating the phase until you can keep up with the full routine. Then you just switch up to the next phase and do the same again.

On top of this, it only takes just over 25 minutes. That's 25 minutes for the actual workout, with a short cool down and stretching section at the end. Plus, bundled in with it is a little nutrition and cookbook supplement, which I haven't used yet, but looks pretty cool and some organizational stuff.

Anyhow, if like me you have tried other videos and been put off, I can definitely recommend giving this a try. The multiple varied routines mean that you're less likely to get bored and that it's more likely to actually work ;O)

This is a great value and came as expected and new. As for the workouts they are perfect and I really like the instructor. They are just enough, and Loosely following her eating plan I have already lost 5 pounds! I am very happy with the program and the price that I got on Bonanza.

The videos are very good, only complaint is too much advertising in the videos. Shouldn't have to pay to be bombarded with ads for their products.

Fast paced, hardcore 25 minutes per day workout.
This is not for the faint hearted, but is an amazing workout. I love it.

Good workout of Yoga and Pilates, I have only done a few days, but The workout is going very fast for me. let see what happens in 2 or 3 months more.

The PiYo DVD set arrived quickly and in perfect condition. This is the same DVD box set that is advertised on the Beach Body infomercials and it does include the two bonus DVDs as advertised as well.

I've done yoga and pilates before; through classes and videos. Found it difficult to follow while ensuring that I had proper alignment/form. I became discouraged in the first two workouts since I've had prior experience with both of these workout types and had trouble. I still plan on trying it again and working through more of the videos by incorporating more into my other workouts.

I like the workout.

Product was new and packaged well.

Like the workout for getting used to your own bodyweight and balance. Not extremely taxing but you'll be sweating. Working out with weights, which I have been doing for 40 years and will continue to do, doesn't work core the way I wanted to. I needed more flexibility and concentrated core work and this program does it without all the jumping that the "insanity" and "T25" workouts do.

Don't try to keep up, go at your own pace . It does work

I have been working out with the Chalean Extreme for two weeks now and can say I absolutely love it! I feel a difference in my strength and abs since beginning the Chalean extreme. For anyone wanting to add more muscle, this is the program for you!

After months of 23 day fix, needed something new and different and the fix extreme was not too intense but added just that extra challenge that I was needing

Packaging in which the DVDs come in isn't the best, but there is no issues with the DVDs themselves, which is the important thing!

I enjoy this DVD workout. I am dealing with an injury and I am able to workout, because there is no jumping. I like the variety of workouts.

For an at home cardio workout this is great. I bought this to add to my weightlifting routine. If you're new to video workouts you might want to spend a week just watching/trying it out. The recording is off (Shaun will say 'left' and they all go right.) Overall you will sweat and be happy when you're done. The time goes by fast. Sometimes I'll do two workouts back to back, and because there are no breaks I find it easier to stick with it. This is good for anyone who wants a short cardio workout, but it's up to you how hard you push yourself.

I have been wanting this product for quite some Time. I wish I'd purchased this sooner. My only suggestion is to be prepared to sweat a lot.

Not for beginners. Lots of mat work

Excellent. The product is exactly what I expected.

As a veteran of Shaun T's Insanity DVDs that I did with hand and ankle weights on, I thought I'd be bored with Focus. This wasn't the case- I broke a good sweat and felt energized.

I have not tried them yet, so i can not review the workout.

I wish this was included in the base T25 set - as it is definitely the "next" level needed to extend the T25 experience. I have done several of the BB series and I think Shaun T is one of the very best. The Gamma adds in the sculpting (using free weights or bands), that you don't get in the base T25 set.
Order it through Bonanza and you will also get GREAT price and service

Country Heat is all that it says it is. A fun effective dance workout that leaves you feeling energized and revived. It feels more like a fun dance session than a workout but I can feel the moves throughout my whole body which lets me know it's working!

Super great workout keeps me on my toes. Most workout programs I have tried I got bored easy.

I love that it's only 30 mins but it makes you work. I love Shaun T workouts.
