I was looking for a pan that would be easy to handle in making crepes. I wanted one with a low side to it. This pan is great. It allows easy spreading of the crepe as it has a non stick coating. Easy up fast and of course cleans up easily. I would of like to have known the pan was light weight before I bought it as some pans are heavy and hard to handle when you are lifting and trying to tilt to spread the batter evenly. I was not disappointed. This pan is perfect. I can also make other items in it like tortillas etc. Pretty much you can use it for what ever you want (eggs, grilled sandwiches etc.) but I save it for specialty items. The price was right and the quality of the pan is good. I would purchase it again.
