RETURNS
We hope you love everything you order from us. Please note all returns are to be made within 14 days in a resellable condition to guarantee you a full refund. However, if for any reason you’re unhappy with your purchase then you can return them to us. To be eligible for a refund, simply return unwanted items within 14 days from the date of delivery in their original packaging with a note containing your order number and we’ll process this for you. Once we’ve received your return, we’ll process the refund within 5 working days. We will not accept any returns that are not complete in the original packaging and unopened. Please note, that we don’t send confirmation emails to let you know we’ve received your return. Therefore, we ask that after 10 working days, if you haven’t been refunded then please contact a member of our team at orders@partyshakes.com.

If you are returning products that are either faulty or damaged, we ask that you send us an email at orders@partyshakes.com with your order number & a photo as proof of damage. We will then confirm how to arrange for a refund to be processed or for the product replaced.
