Sorry for the inconvenience, 1. we have the best price online providing free shipping service which we stated clearly it will take 6 to 13 business arrive at your destination. Due to Christmas and New Year, Dec 24,Dec 25, Dec31 and Jan 1 four days no one works at post office.You paid on 17th Dec,it will take 1 to 2 business days process your item.We shipped on 19 Dec.Look at calendar so far only 6 business days.2.Express service available for extra $10 dollars ,you were not willing to pay. 3.It is like someone gave you free ride from Toronto to New York,you still complain long trip lower than plane.hope you have a wonderful new year,best regards
