Seller response:
Buyer first contacted us requesting return on 12/4/14. We responded same day requesting additional details in order to begin return process. No response from buyer. We sent follow up email 12/8/14 and did not hear back from buyer until 12/28/14 very close to return policy expiring. We then worked very quickly to complete the return and refund process. We can only hope that the buyer was satisfied with the end result.
