Thus buyer does not understand..He purchased a download product and was emailed REPEATEDLY to simply read the email message with download instructions and key code that was sent multipke times,here is one email same day of purchase: Tim, Are you not reading my reply to you? I messaged you 3/4 referring you to your PERSONAL email..you have had the instructions and necessary lifetime key codes to immediately DOWNLOAD your software..nothing is mailed..let me know if you need installation help but its quite simple..
