Seller response: Hey there. Sorry for the extremely late response to this problem. The issue was that I went into the hospital and the store wasn't shut down properly. We're very sorry that this happened to you with this order. Literally didn't even know about it until recently. I know that you were refunded, but let me know if there's anything further that I can do to make it up to you. Sorry again for the mixup. It was absolutely not intentional. The store was supposed to be turned off until I returned from recovery which didn't happen until long after the issue. Had I known about the trouble, I would've dealt with it immediately at the time. Again, let me know if we can do anything to make it up to you. Sorry again for the error.
