Your reply is a JOKE and you are a dishonest person at best... who never intended to refund me for this DEFECTIVE product! The proof is in the fact that I had to request Bonanza step in before you even replied back about this issue. I told you from the beginning of my longer email describing the issue that there was a crack in the bottom from the time I opened it out of package. It didn't appear to leak so I decided I was keeping the item as it was the ONLY blue one of that model in stock anywhere online that I could find. I also clearly told you the water leak appears to come out of the handle. The picture I sent you was to verify the crack on the bottom. The video I included showed the water coming out of the lower part of the handle as soon as I picked the pitcher up and began recording! I can take 100 more videos, showing the same thing, but apparently it's pointless because again - you NEVER intended to refund me! Additionally, you would know I was not LYING if you took the item back to inspect it yourself. The handle "looks" perfect and sealed... but it is not. This is no fault of me, it isn't even any fault of yours most likely... but that doesn't change the fact you sent me something DEFECTIVE and then refused to accept a return. The part that ticked me off the most was when you wrote me back, the first time, and said "it was new, so not defective". Umm... what?? If it's new, NOBODY would know it's defective til using it!! In any case, for the first time in my 35 years, I have filed a complain with my credit card company and they have graciously issused me a refund while investigating this vendor. You were utterly rude from beginning to end, a fraudster, and an unprofessional business owner. Karma is real, watch out!
