Seller response: Sorry you feel we ignored you. Order placed 12/4 (Sunday) with a note asking for something that could've been added to the order, we responded 12/5, you replied at 11pm on 12/6. We responded as soon as we opened on 12/7. It was not our intention to ignore you as we answered you and did as you wished as the messages came in. We respect everyone's time and have always responded in a timely manner.
