Evan purchased a pair of sunglasses, new with tags, and this is exactly what he received. He contacted me to say he expected the box and case and warranty information as well, which were not in the photo or description. I offered to send him a new case nonetheless, OR return if he was unhappy, even though it clearly states I do not offer returns. He sent them back without the original tags they came with (I have photos to prove they were on them when I shipped), and I still refunded his payment anyway.
