seller:HEAMOT did not specify no returns on purchase. when item was received, her so called "vintage" gucci clutch had an extremely bad odor and condition was worse than pictured. When contacting was difficult, I sent clutch back anyway but only received $20 back as "courtesy." Do not buy her vintage crap.
