You filled neither order I was looking out for you because you made a mistake in excepting offered price of $15 so I requested to cancel order and bought it for regular price in which you still failed to ship or give me any information on when you would intend to ship that not human error thats being lazy also count today you had 3 days according to bonanza time frame I would've got refund anyway. If your intention was to ship after refund you would shipped it and gave a refund I not convinced instead waited two days before I sent email look at your page you had transactions prior to mine that got filled issues on your end or not! Like I said poor quality of service! |

As I previously stated, there is no processing time listed on the product you ordered. Therefore, shipping and handling time have aproximately a two-week window, as per bonanza's rules if I recall correctly. Additionally, you left negative feedback for an item you never even paid for. Of all the 42 transactions I have made, only 8 left feedback, 2 of which happened to be you rather than one. I told you the situation as it was, no excuses were made. I had even offered to ship the items AFTER refunding you, but now I am in no obligation to do so. Your purchase was under two weeks ago, and the fact is that you ran out of patience after I took 2 days to respond to a message. Stop treating individual sellers like companies and corporations. We are human too. |

Plenty of excuses no product, very poor communication constant emails with no response no a professional seller with statements I don't be on this site much takes days to respond to emails finally after a firm email refunded money. Bad Business

You reordered more items, not the SAME item at a higher price. It is clearly stated within the description.
