the buyer needed to install additional software so VIPRE could be used on his operating system..If he chooses not to that is his perogative but he should not be leaving negative feedback as a result, especially being a first-time Bonanza member...He has been provided a full refund,,Here is the message he received and chose not to follow so he could install hisRon, I attempted to do the install and received an error stating that I needed Service Pak 2 for Windows Vista? I’m currently using the latest version of XP… purchase:
