He would not accept a return for an item purchased as a Christmas gift, stating that there was a 7 day return policy, even for Christmas gifts. This was not stated anywhere on his website. Seller response: Unless the item shipped is the wrong item or arrives damaged we give you a reasonable time to decide if you really like the item. We expect you to respond promptly and request a return. It is very commkon for a buyer to shop for a cheaper one and then want to return the one they bought first to save money. You were offered the option to return BUT you would not receive a refund on the shipping costs you paid to have the item shipped to you and again to do the return. We do not ship our products on approval and refund shipping costs bopth directions. We couldn't stay in business doing that.
