Took way too long because USPS was delayed in delivering package. When he asked for refund order was in Wisconsin on it's way. Would have gotten refund and order delivered. Never sent back order for a refund when he received it. Customer has to be patient when seller has no control over USPS deliveries. Would still take it back and give refund but alas he must have liked photo.
