WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
*Please make note of the expected delivery date before placing your order.

*Throughout the year our processing and handling times may vary when large batches of orders come in - especially as we approach popular cookie baking holidays and seasons! We process hundreds upon hundreds of orders each and every week, and we have been for ten years! By noting the expected delivery date at the time you place your order, you'll have a better idea of when to expect your goodies.

DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING AND / OR HANDLING?
*You may need to plan some extra time before special events and holidays. USPS can get bogged down, and we do utilize USPS First Class for our shipping services. You may inquire regarding upgraded shipping at any time, but the only reliable service we have found is UPS Next Day Air. A single cookie cutter typically costs $90 to ship in that manner: AFTER our processing and handling time.
*While we would love to offer expedited handling services so that you may get your goodies even sooner, it just isn't fair to those who placed their orders before you. We do hope you understand and we're sure you would appreciate the same if you had ordered first.
*However, we do strive to meet and exceed our processing and handling times as often as we can!

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ENTER THE WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS?
*We cannot change the delivery address of your order after it has been placed. If you entered the incorrect address for delivery, please contact us to refund your original order (refund processing make take 1 to 10 business days depending on your banking institution), and please place a new order.
*Why do we ask you to place a new order? We have set up a direct connection between our shipping system and bonanza, so every time bonanza updates it reverts back to the originally entered address.

WHAT IF USPS LOSES MY PACKAGE OR IT ARRIVES BROKEN?
*We are happy to open a missing mail case with USPS for you. Before doing that, we may ask that you verify with us the intended delivery address to confirm our records match. If it shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local post office to ask for the GPS ping to find out where exactly they left it. It may be just next door or right across the road! The longer you wait to notify us of an issue, the less likely we can assist in a timely manner. And we want to help! Often when we open a missing mail case, it magically starts moving again. We don't know why, either. We can open an inquiry after 7 days, but we cannot open a missing mail claim until after 21 days.
*If your order arrives broken, please send us a message. We'll ask you to email us a photo of the damage, and we will then put in a rush order to replace the damaged item/s. This does happen on occasion, but not often - and we're happy to make it right! (This is the ONE instance when you get bumped to the front of the line - and rightfully so! King or Queen for the day!)

MATERIALS, DESIGN, AND MORE:
*All of our cookie cutters are made with a food-safe plastic. Please hand wash with warm, not hot, water. These are NOT DISHWASHER SAFE. The same is true for the rest of our plastic items. Our stencils are also cut from a food-safe plastic. Please also hand wash.
*DO NOT place our cookie cutters in the oven!!! We do not currently offer any options suitable for creating air fresheners...unless you want the cookie cutter melted into your air freshener. And trust us - melted plastic does NOT smell good!
*If you need help or have questions about using your new goodies to their full potential, send us a message!
*A custom metal cookie cutter would cost approximately $500 to $600, and may take several months to acquire the correct materials at this time. Our manufacturing process is not currently set up for quick, metal filament printing and it is NOT an easy or cheap process. We use this process most often for specialized mechanical parts and the like. It may be just the thing you need for your special project, though!
*We do NOT sell our design files, in any format, at any price.
*We offer custom design for 3D items only - not 2D. We do not offer digital graphic design services, manufacture stickers, etc. We ask that you purchase the item before we begin the design process (design time is included in the price of all custom orders), and please note that all custom items are non-refundable. If you require a digital proof of your custom item before we produce it, there is an additional charge.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT MY ORDER?
*If you have a question, please reach out and send us a message! Please make sure your email with bonanza is correct so that you receive our answer. We highly suggest creating an account with bonanza before sending us a message so that you may view your messages on bonanza's platform, as well.
*Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm Central. We'll return your message as soon as we are able to give you our undivided attention during those hours.
