i am entirely at fault on this one. I had a horrible death (murder) in our family, combined with all the other pressures of life I in my whirlwind of chaos neglected to check my store, this is inexcusable. I am so sorry for this costumers stress that I caused. I only learned today of this and refunded the order which was under $14.00, however that still does not excuse it. I understand why she left bad feedback I would do the same honestly. All I can say is that I am back and at work again. I should have handled my personal life better and not let it interfere with my .store, I was so depressed I could not even bear to go on line. So thats it. I can say taht this will never happen again, Catherine
