Thank you for the feedback. We made a mistake on our end and lost access to our bonanza account with an upgrade to a new phone. We were unaware the sale had taken place. Once we discovered the transaction, the product had been sold on another platform. We promptly refunded your money via PayPal as soon as we found this out. We accept responsibility for the error and have systems in place to prevent this from happening again.
