Seller response: I hope all is well! You ordered the item on Friday 4/3 and just missed the delivery pick up so this shipment left on Monday. As you can see on the tracking, the shipment left on Monday and was delivered to you 4/14. Due to COVID-19, shipments are expected to be delayed. I believe it's unfair to provide me with a 1-star for a shipment that was processed on time. I have no control once FedEx is in possession of your item.
