What had occurred here is that the customer did not follow the standard procedure for Bonanza payment, and had never informed us they sent electronic. Once the customer made us aware, we were able to track down the issue, solve it, and ship the product to the customer. Do not know if the hang up issue was due to the customer, Bonanza, or PayPal.
