1 star user feedback Extremely disappointed with my product. I contacted the seller. No help there. they will send a refund when they get it. Ridiculous. My perfume came in a crunched up box and had the celephane all ripped. How do I gift that to someone?!?! Seller response: Hello, I am just seeing this feedback. We sent you a brand new, fully sealed, direct-from-manufacturer perfume bottle. In your original message, you refused to return the damaged item and demanded a brand new item, despite me informing you that we were out-of-stock. I offered a full refund and would have gladly resolved the matter just as you desired. Even though damages during shipment are extremely rare, we stand behind our commitment to our customers' 100% satisfaction. Unfortunately, you never contacted us at all despite our repeated requests to return the damaged item. Take care and happy holidays.
