New Years eve 2019 we started our journey with our little homestead raising quail. 12 initial hatching eggs from a top 10 breeder here in the US were set, and 19 days later the first 10 quail babies hatched.
Soon we added a second bloodline and we had more and more eggs available, more than we or our family and friends can eat.
This was the spark selling our hatching and pickled eggs online.
Fast forward to 2022 we have many happy customers across the nation, and we nearly perfected the art to ship our eggs that they even survive the toughest treatment by the post office. 90% of our shipping materials are biodegradable.
