1 star user feedback Scammed me on the shipping date. printed the label immediately after my order, then didn't ship it out for a few weeks, didnt reply to my request to cancel before they shipped it, they ignored my messages. The race has passed, we no longer need it. Seller response: We didn't receive the cancellation message thru the Bonanza portal as we normally receive message alerts. We were late in shipping the item to buyer and buyer was informed to just write "refused" on the shipment and have ti returned back to us for a refund. This was about 8 days ago and we are just awaiting the refused shipment to be returned back to us.
