Artistically rendered in San Buenaventura, California at the John Anthony Miller studio of art, etching and engraving in conjunction with Phantom Bookshop, 2017. This jacket is hand-produced and labeled as a facsimile dust jacket. I sell no more than 15-20 of these per year (if that) as they are labor-intensive.
