Description: This item is a colorful 1985 Romanian ceramic bird warbler toy whistle. The body is black and It has a hand painted floral (flowers) red, green and white design on one side.. The birds’ eyes are painted white and the lips painted red.
It was purchased by my mother in 1985 at Dracula Castle (Bran Castle) in Transylvania, Romania while on a vacation trip to Europe and Russia. The bottom base has writing as follows: Dracula Castle ’85.
This item is in good condition. The only imperfection is a tiny spot near the mouthpiece which looks like it was purchased that way and is not observable when viewed from the item’s side.
