This transmission came from a 2001 E39 530i with 181k miles. We drove the vehicle approximately 25 miles before the car was dismantled. This transmission shifts properly into all gears and it operates normally. It includes the torque converter. All mounting points are intact. There are no cracks in the housing. It includes the E39 mounting bracket and rubber mounts, the rubber mounts should be replaced on installation. Guaranteed good working condition.
