This is a Vintage OWBOY BOOTS TIE CLASP!
In a silvertone metal, this vintage short tie clasp has a round decorative piece on top. It is slightly cupped and inside is a black piece that appears to be plastic. It has a hatched marking pattern.
On top of the black piece is a pair of Cowboy Boots in silvertone metal!
