Gate-fold cover has discoloration, rippling, surface impressions, and spots possibly from water (front/back). A portion of the inner-gate image is missing near bottom. Inner-sleeve is original (generic white). Spine shows wear and discoloration (text is printed off center). Some shelf-wear along top-edge, bottom-edge shows heavier wear.
