(internal #G189-10) Excellent specimens of genuine, modern alligator tooth earrings. Teeth are 3/4" long with gold plated brass caps on gold tone hypoallergenic French wires. Gators are controlled by government issued permits in Louisiana. The hides are sold for leather products, the meat is eaten locally or prepared as jerky, the guts go into the cat and dog food industry ("animal byproducts") and the heads and feet (freeze dried and coated in polyurethane) and teeth are sold to commercial stores so 100% of the animal is recycled.
