I contacted the person in charge of that department and provided me a pdf file of what they have stored. The last two images contained another copy of this script in their possession. The last picture are the complete list of what I have available for a purchase and they are listed individually. Coming from a non-smoking and non-perfume user owner and household. This particular script came from famed British-American writer, journalist and author Gilbert Anthony Ralston.
