Designer signed "ART" this is a vintage SHIELD and BELL PENDANT NECKLACE!
The chain is a silvertone metal and the pendant is part pewter and part silvertone metal.
The pewter portion has a crossed pair of fronds or leaves with a shield shape in between them. This shield has a blue enamel horizontal stripe at the top and a red vertical stripe down the center on a white field.
Hanging below is a small silvertone metal Bell!
