The tubular design of the nozzle tip creates a very consistent and focused spray pattern that remains stable with varying hose volume and pressures, perfect for very precise machining. Hand adjustable nozzle tips easily adjustable nozzles swing and rotate for accurate coolant and air stream placement. Nozzles have a 360? tip rotation and 72? (for 0.5" tip) or 85? (for 1.25" tip) swing. ProStream Nozzle Kit element clamps combine a ProStream Nozzle with the 1/4" Loc-Line Hose, Element Clamps and fittings provided in the ProStream Nozzle Kit and you have a hose system with added rigidity. The kit allows increased hose pressure while reducing dynamic motion and movement caused by machine vibrations.
