Returns allowed within 7 days of delivery with prior authorization. Buyer to pay return shipping. Returns must be received within 10 days of authorization.

Items must be returned in the condition sent with all tags, packaging intact and sealed if sent that way. Used or washed items are not eligible for return. We cannot accept returns with scents, hair or pet dander.

Original shipping cost, if charged, will be deducted from refund and a 10% restocking fee applied. Items with free shipping will have outbound shipping & handling costs deducted and a 10% restocking fee.
